Tostilocos v. Tostilocos[edit]

Brand promotion[edit]
It strikes me that one tortilla chip is pretty much indistinguishable from another tortilla chip. Since the article makes it clear that different brands of chip might be used, I would like all mention of brands of chip removed.
I appreciate that hot-sauce shows more variation between brands; but I suspect that vendors don't always use Valentina hot-sauce in this preparation, and I would like that brand removed as well. I disapprove of brand-plugging on Wikipedia.
