Traditionally the noodle is never a wheat starch (it wouldn't work to keep structure properly), it is made with either potato starch, corn starch, arrowroot starch or rice starch. I added citations for this. [1][2][3]Jooojay (talk) 05:58, 12 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]
