Overall, I think that you did a great job of getting this article off the ground. The main comments I have are below:

1) Though I think you do a pretty job with this, I think you should be a little careful with neutrality when writing this article. I think the studies you use are great, but that the rhetoric used may need to be less strong.

2) Additionally, I would try to add sections about macro-policy efforts that are being made to address the issue. This may get a little complicated, because it may become a little US-centric, but I think it's important.

3) Finally, I would try to maybe show how attitudes towards same-sex domestic violence has shifted over time to bring a historical perspective into the article.

Something you could add to the legal issues section is the change of homosexual policies over time. For instance one of the most important Supreme Court rulings ever (Lawrence v. Spelling Correction

Hey all. I just wanted to offer a spelling correction. The section "Gendered expectations", second paragraph, sentence "Similarly, women stalking other women or men are seem as less threatening than the same actions being perpetrated by men" has the word "seen" mispelled to "seem" --> "women or men are seem".

Kmwebber, I really enjoyed reading this article. The included statistics were quite surprising and saddening. Non-consensual condom removal

"Stealthing" is in the news these days. Does it make sense to mention this kind of sexual assault, with or without this perhaps-recentist name? The HIV/AIDS section seems focused on longer-term relationships and has little on casual relationships (where earning psychological control of the partner is probably less of a concern). Tim Dean 2009 might have something on the subject maybe (I see an article of his is mentioned). --Nemo 19:46, 23 May 2017 (UTC)
