Article edited for tone, grammar, spelling and cohesion[edit]

I went through the article and performed a major restructure of the section Propaganda Through Schools, I have tried to condense this section without losing any detail. I also made minor changes to other sections. Please check for American/British English mix ups, blame my automatic spell check. Could someone please assess whether the tag can be removed? Thank you, Glitterpossum. I cleaned up the article and brought the spelling, grammar, punctuation, etc. up to the guidelines of the Manual of Style to the best of my knowledge. The article may benefit from more content and citations, but that is a different matter. I'll remove the tag, but if anyone disagrees, feel free to revert and discuss here.
