User "Ricemaster12" was created on December 22, 2022, with a particular WP:FRINGE/WP:POV fixation right from the outset: the notion of "South Asianizing" Iran, along with the integration of Central Asia and Afghanistan into regions extending westward and northward (geographically). By April 15, 2023[1], the "Ricemaster12" account found itself on shaky ground, as its disruptive edits faced constant reversal by seasoned users, and its talk page contributions were met with similar disapproval. On that very same day, a new user, "WikiAmerican1," emerged suddenly and began propagating and advocating for the same fringe perspective that "Ricemaster12" had originally introduced and pursued ([2]). More examples:
- Ricemaster12 added map "South Asia (definitions).png" to the South Asia article, which emphasizes Iran[3]
- WikiAmerican1 emphasizes Iran at South Asia by cherry-picking non-RS sources[4]
- Ricemaster12 tries to spread the claim that Iran is sometimes part of the region of South Asia at talk:Central Asia[5]
- WikiAmerican1 does the same at talk:Central Asia, and tries to equate Afghanistan's firm geopolitical inclusion in South Asia to that of Iran (which is a false comparison)[6]
- Ricemaster12 tries to employ revision at the Talk:Middle East to integrate countries to the east of Iran with Iran (and detach Iran from the rest of the Midle East as the ultimate goal)[7]
- WikiAmerican1 does idem at Talk:Middle East[8]
- Ricemaster tries to integrate Afghanistan into West Asia[9]
- WikiAmerican tries to detach Iran from the region at talk:West Asia[10]

- Both accounts try to present themselves as acquainted with Iran/being of Iranian descent on their user pages, which I believe is done in order to mislead those around themselves as being "legit"([11]-[12]). The idea of an Iranian aligning themselves with South Asia would be akin to an Italian claiming or representing Italy as part of North Africa or Central Europe, in terms of a geographical analogy, thus highlighting the absurdity of the situation. - LouisAragon (talk) 23:22, 4 May 2024 (UTC)

On User talk:LouisAragon#Too similar?, I talked about the very strong similarity between Ricemaster12 and WikiAmerican1. Special:Contributions/Ricemaster12 is not stale/inactive anymore. Per EIA results and the very same edits by both users, I'd say Ricemaster12 = WikiAmerican1 = WP:DUCK. If you look at their edits, both users pushe the very same POV.
