User:Newepoch edited predominantly, though not exclusively, two articles: Peter Benjamin Graham and New Epoch Notation Painting. The account was apparently blocked on 15 July 2008 (at least, that is when {{spamusername}} was placed on the user's talkpage). User:Philip1966 began editing on 15 August 2008 and edited predominantly, though not exclusively, two articles: Peter Benjamin Graham and New Epoch Notation Painting. It may or may not be relevant that Peter Benjamin Graham apparently had a son named Peter Philip who was born in 1966; that "New Epoch Notation" is apparently a system developed by Peter Benjamin Graham and later marketed by his sons; and that the userpage of User:Philip1966 shows his website to be: newepoch
