Wikinger (2nd)

Please indefblock user:Aminullah sockpuppet to avoid vandalisms in future. 91.94.254.180 (talk) 18:18, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Done and I have doubts that you and him are the same user trolling here. fayssal / Wiki me up® 18:27, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Please tag his account as blocked: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Aminullah , you forgot it. Your doubts against suspicion that I am Wikinger are fully justified, because I and Wikinger can only share the same internet provider, being different users. 91.94.254.180 (talk) 18:41, 17 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Never come again here to create impostors and ask us to block someone. -- fayssal / Wiki me up® 07:18, 19 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Clerk note: Refactored from request on the RFCU front page. – Luna Santin (talk) 03:47, 18 September 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Note: This one has been dealt with, can be delisted. Fut.Perf. 05:56, 2 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Wikinger

Seems to be operating multiple accounts with the sole purpose of disruption of the project. User:CBMIBM has engaged in edits (and vandal redirects) to User:Wikinger and User talk:Wikinger, and then subsequent sock edits to User:Mayalld (and each sock's talk pages). I think Wikinger has also been operating under various IP addresses, but think that's the subject of a separate ban (which I think has expired). Giles Bennett (Talk, Contribs) 17:27, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I refrained from vandalisms and even reverted unwanted statements placed in fourth evidence, here. Blocking me is unneeded. This talk proofs, that Wikinger-like IP's may belong to users such as Al-Bargit or Aminullah. I has nothing to do with Islam. Thanks. CBMIBM (talk) 17:49, 9 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
To expand on my outline above (I've had the time to look deeper into this). OK, so we start with User:Wikinger with his interest in Proto-European languages, and his habit of making multiple minor edits to his talk page (see here [5] where 26 of the 29 intermediate edits not shown are done by Wikinger himself. By his own admission (next para) Wikinger has a dynamic IP, and looking at the nature of the conversation carried on with an IP editor here it's not a great leap to assume that he's conversing with himself.
Wikinger states that he has a dynamic IP [6] but professes to "resign" from tinkering with Wikipedia. He's blocked for one week on 31 December [7].
User:CBMIBM starts editing on 1 January [8], quickly starts editing Talk:Adamic language and within ten edits starts editing Wikinger's talk page for no apparent reason [9], claiming that User:216.40.255.90 cannot be Wikinger. 216.40.255.90 has been reverting Wikinger's edits at Talk:Adamic language, refactoring his comments, and generally taking 7 edits where one (unnecessary one) would have done [10].User:Nick and User:AnonMoos point out the probability of a link between any 83.0.0.0 address, 216.40.255.90, User:CBMIDBM and User:Piast [11].
CBMIBM then creates a redirect of Wikinger's talk page [12], posts a template non-sockpuppet message to his user page [13], then moves the talk page and posts the same template underneath it to prevent a redirect back (can't diff as has subsequently been speedied).
CBM then enters into communication with User:Mayalld and myself, during the course of which User:SMITHEGREC and User:X41 start editing. You can read the rest for yourself.
At pretty much the same time User:WCKinger appears on the scene, alternately editing X41's userpage[14] with CBM. WCK also creates a category for suspected sockpuppets of Wikinger, into which he puts X41, but into which CBM puts SMITHEGREC. WCK and CBM also engage in a bit of an edit war (with an 83.0.0.0) on Blog (disambiguation).
Through it all CBM denies being a sockpuppet of anyone (on his talk page, on my talk page and on Mayalld's talk page. I think the evidence speaks for itself, however.
I appreciate that there are difficulties where dynamic IP's are used, but this whole situation is taking up a lot of editors' time and patience in trying to clear it up (and credit should go to Mayalld for his work on keeping Wikinger's talk page).  Likely - Wikinger (talk · contribs) = CBMIBM (talk · contribs)
I'm different from Wikinger, because he ridiculously ignored block threats, while I don't break my bans to editing user talk of Evertype. CBMIBM (talk) 15:17, 11 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Possible - Wikinger (talk · contribs) = WCKinger (talk · contribs)
I cannot be WCKinger, because he made contradictory edits here. I still believe in unconfused PIE as Adamic, and for me Allah is ath-Thaluth al-Muqaddas, what is of course confused derivative of unconfused PIE, thus again WCKinger is contradictory to me. 79.162.58.228 (talk) 11:49, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
