The file is a fair use screenshot used in Spice and Wolf, to describe some of its main characters. However, pure text is sufficient to cover the character descriptions. File:Ookamitokoshinryo01.jpg is also used in the article once, so the file should be deleted under WP:NFCC#3a and WP:NFCC#8. 廣九直通車 (talk) 06:21, 9 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]

There are multiple free equivalents to this image, including File:Cal Hubbard Bowman card.jpg and File:Cal Hubbard plaque.jpg that convey the fact that Hubbard was an umpire. There is nothing overly unique about a picture of Hubbard holding his umpire equipment that would make it historically significant enough to justify its use in Cal Hubbard. Whpq, my guess is that it lists it is PD because it was manipulated in Photoshop (which is also listed in the EXIF), possibly by User:Theo's Little Bot, who superseded the original image with a reduced size version. Absent of any proof that it is free, we would have to assume it isn't. Note no "author" is included and the "source" of the image is the Pro Football Hall of Fame, which undoubtedly maintains its copyright on images. « Gonzo fan2007 (talk) @ 20:15, 12 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
