Keep - I foudn sources like Neto de ex-jogador do Corinthians brilha na Inglaterra; seleções já sondam, New Zealand-born teenager on verge of breaking into English Premier League, All Whites secure promising Fulham midfielder Matt Dibley-Dias for October friendlies, and [1] among many more sources. Keep. He does meet WP:GNG; per significant (non-trivial) coverage in the UOL article, this 2021 Stuff article, this 2023 Stuff article (Stuff is a reliable news website in New Zealand) and this NZ Herald article. It does feel a little bit as though it could be WP:TOOSOON (what if he gets another injury and his career sinks without a trace?) but on balance I think I'm persuaded that there is enough.
