Delete- As has been stated, the article is a "how to" manual and completely unreferenced, and is unsuited for inclusion in Wikipedia. Any useful content can be merged into Kettlebell. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 12:31, 14 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]
