Appears to be just a stage in the production of corrugated fiberboard. The picture at the top of both articles is identical, just with different captions. Article is unreferenced and includes two citation needed tags. Could possibly be merged with corrugated fiberboard rather than deleted, but does not appear to me to add anything not already in that article.
