- Comment. It's not clear to me whether this is or is not notable. Google search gives almost a million hits, but from a perusal through these results, I couldn't find any hits that looked like obvious reliable sources. It should be noted that the CNET page linked in the article allows anyone to upload software, so I'm not convinced the unsigned editor's review would count as independent.
