Fictional organization with no suggestion of notability per WP:NFICTION/WP:GNG. Comment - I would say the most appropriate Redirect/Merge target would be Joker (character), as the location's main significance in the Batman mythology is as the setting of the Joker's origin. Rorshacma (talk) 18:37, 1 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
