Copyrights[edit]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia! We appreciate your contributions to the Life in Ancient Rome article, but we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material. Perhaps you would like to rewrite the article in your own words. For more information, take a look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Happy editing! Also, I understand that Encarta gets pretty miffed when their stuff appears on Wikipedia.  :) Anyway, thanks for helping. - Lucky 6.9 06:31, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Weasel, I cannot stress the importance of not posting copyrighted material to this site. Encarta is especially protective of their content and won't hesitate to level legal action against Wikimedia. If you insist on doing so, you will permanently lose your editing privileges. Thank you. - Lucky 6.9 06:35, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
  • Sorry to have to do this, but your account is blocked from editing for the next 24 hours for repeated copyright violations and three revert rule violations. You may return to contribute in a positive manner when the block lifts. - Lucky 6.9 06:38, 19 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]
