Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. IFF[edit]

I read your IFF article, and it looks good. One thing you might want to add would be more citations from outside sorces; see if any other groups or news articles describe IFF to cross reference the stuff you have in there. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Hankscorpio9 (talkcontribs) 16:38, 21 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

September 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Template:New unreviewed article, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot.

  • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
  • Cluebot produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
  • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Template:New unreviewed article was changed by Robbo7089 (u) (t) blanking the page on 2010-09-22T16:10:32+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot (talk) 16:10, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to the page Template:New unreviewed article. Such edits constitute vandalism and are reverted. Please do not continue to make unconstructive edits to pages; use the sandbox for testing. Thank you. Uncle Dick (talk) 16:27, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits[edit]

Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you must sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 17:38, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article IFF (Community Development Financial Institution) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable governmental non-profit. Already listed at Community development financial institution with other non-notable organizations. Article is heavily promotional and almost exclusively sourced to organization's web site.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{dated prod}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Your name has been mentioned in connection with a sockpuppetry case. Please refer to Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Robbo7089 for evidence. Please make sure you make yourself familiar with the guide to responding to cases before editing the evidence page. Uncle Dick (talk) 18:14, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

A discussion has begun about whether the article IFF (Community Development Financial Institution), which you created or to which you contributed, should be deleted. While contributions are welcome, an article may be deleted if it is inconsistent with Wikipedia policies and guidelines for inclusion, explained in the deletion policy.

The article will be discussed at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/IFF (Community Development Financial Institution) until a consensus is reached, and you are welcome to contribute to the discussion.

You may edit the article during the discussion, including to address concerns raised in the discussion. However, do not remove the article-for-deletion template from the top of the article. Uncle Dick (talk) 18:20, 22 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]
