Higman–Sims graph

Hi, I saw your message about my edit to the page Higman–Sims graph. The closest I have to a source is the ATLAS of Finite Groups, in the section on the Higman–Sims group. When describing the graph, it says that the simple group is the even permutations on the graph; this can be verified by looking at the character table, or by counting transpositions on points and hexads for an outer element of M22:2. For the fact about the Hoffman–Singleton graph, the same section says that there are 2 conjugacy classes of U3(5):2, exchanged by an outer automorphism, which implies that there are 2 orbits of Hoffman–Singleton graphs. This can easily be verified by considering the graphs inside the Leech lattice. Anyway, please let me know what I should do here. Blobs2 (talk) 14:58, 19 April 2024 (UTC)

Never mind, I went ahead and readded the information, with an appropriate source. Please let me know if there is anything else I should do here. Blobs2 (talk) 15:08, 19 April 2024 (UTC)
Alright and noted, just think anything you must do before including this information :)) and as long as you have realized this right now and always welcome here in this free encyclopedia! ----Rdp060707|talk 15:14, 19 April 2024 (UTC)

Evan Taubenfeld

Sorry about that. I just tought it would be a good addition since quite a few people (myself included) believe it to inneed be true. They were so cute together! Greetings from Czechia! 2A00:1028:83BC:4CE:E441:7481:489C:7E30 (talk) 16:15, 19 April 2024 (UTC)

Battle of Albulena

Battle of Albulena is a night attack. Given Skanderbegs numerical disadvantage, Skanderbeg famously resorted to assymetric tactics such as guerilla warfare hit-and-run tactics, raiding, night attacks/ambushes that greatly demoralized the tactical Ottoman units who fought far away from their bases.

8k Albanian farmers imprisoned many Ottoman soldiers in this night attack. Sources agree with this and so does logic. How else could farmers fight worlds most disciplined soldiers in the world?

The title must be Night attack of Albulena just as how night attack of Targoviste is called the Night attack of Targoviste. Wikiuserosmanli (talk) 15:32, 20 April 2024 (UTC)

@Wikiuserosmanli Hello! Although I may understood your point especially in this edit, this might also have issues with WP:COMMONNAMES. Please read this policy for more, and if you want to keep yours in this article, start a discussion about this on its talk page (also, about if you want to change the article's name to yours). Hope this will be understood and helps! :)) ----Rdp060707|talk 15:44, 20 April 2024 (UTC)

Sigiriya

The change I made was to identify the use of a notable geographic and historic feature as the basis for a setting in a novel. I linked the novel's wiki page, which includes a source for this information. I think a separate source is not needed. 2601:C4:C682:AB0:50A5:6CDF:2870:49E6 (talk) 16:28, 20 April 2024 (UTC)

Reverted edit?

I noticed that you reverted my edit to Big Weenie, even though all I did was add an r cat shell. Is there a rule that I broke with that edit? 108.21.221.8 (talk) 14:32, 22 April 2024 (UTC)

@108.21.221.8: Oh hello there! I have just realized that in my revert, I thought its something, you know, crazy coming to my eyes, so you've made actually a helpful addition to this, therefore I have reverted your edit as a mistake. Apologies for bothering you with this, and I can help you with anything if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you for your understanding and always welcome here at Wikipedia! ----Rdp060707|talk 14:44, 22 April 2024 (UTC)

Physical Education Introduction By Satyam

Physical education, often abbreviated to Phys. Ed. or PE, and sometimes informally referred to as gym class or simply just gym, is a subject taught in schools around the world. PE is taught during primary and secondary education and encourages psychomotor, cognitive, and effective learning through physical activity and movement exploration to promote health and physical fitness. When taught correctly and in a positive manner, children and teens can receive a storm of health benefits. These include reduced metabolic disease risk, improved cardiorespiratory fitness, and better mental health. In addition, PE classes can produce positive effects on students' behavior and academic performance. Research has shown that there is a positive correlation between brain development and exercising. Researchers in 2007 found a profound gain in English Arts standardized test scores among students who had 56 hours of physical education in a year, compared to those who had 28 hours of physical education a year. Many physical education programs also include health education as part of the curriculum. Health education is the teaching of information on the prevention, control, and treatment of diseases. 117.247.174.24 (talk) 15:46, 22 April 2024 (UTC)
