I have been blocked for alleged sock puppetry as I made errors in my judgement in having a second account. I set up this account after lsoing access to my main account, after regaining access I went back to my original and left this account. However, as I edited a page with my main account that I had already done on this one I was blocked forever.

I am deeply upset by it as the checkuser admin User:BU Rob13 accused me of not acting in good faith despite my pleas for a second chance. He managed to investigate and archive the sockpuppet investigation in under one minute thus giving me absolutely no right of reply.

I made a mistake and admitted to my error, at no point did I vandalise a page, I engaged on talk pages to build consensus and it the one user who I came across who reported me as they disagreed. I thoroughly enjoy editing as it helps improve my Borderline Personality Disorder and now I cannot.

All because I dared open a Arbitration Enforcement case against the hallowed user User:Philip Cross. User User:Icewhiz immediately called my request bogus and emailed evidence privately about me even stating it publicly. This is against WP guidelines as it is an accusation of bad faith before any judgement was made. Although several other users saw some, albeit small merit in my AE request, it was closed as I was called a sock puppet. This despite another user saying they saw merit and they detailed how. Regardless of who raises a request it should be properly investigated.

Furthermore, the checkuser who blocked me was a key Arbitrator in Philip Cross' original Arbcom case. For him to block me after I had just filed the AE case is a conflict of interest.

It doesn't matter though as I am banned forever and Arbcom will not take my side as Rob13 is on the commission.

jimbo wales User:Jimmy Wales in the unlikely case that you see this post please look at it impartially, I just wanted a clarification on PC and to edit.

I know that my talk page privileges will be withdrawn and the message deleted. I am therefore saving a copy of the message and screen recording of it's input and submission and will publish in my next article in the paper should it disappear.

I would like to thank NSH001 who is the only user to stand up for me and to query the AE case I raised.

NSH001 please help me. Rob won't consider unblocking me and Arbcom haven't gotten back to me. I made a mistake and now I'm banned forever. How can I appeal to Arbcom if Rob is on Arbcom? He managed to do the sock puppetry investigation in under 1 minute and archive it before I could even input a response to defend my self as it says in the template. I've just noticed this message, so I thought I would respond to it. I've prodded the Committee to take action on the appeal, but I am recused on it, since I performed the block. I will have no say in the outcome of your appeal whatsoever. The SPI report was filed merely for the record, as indicated on the filing. SPIs typically do not involve notification of or response by the editor being investigated. It was merely to document the technical result that the two accounts were  Confirmed to each other.
