Hi, thanks for inviting. Already joined. Looking forward to working with you all. Thanks again. =) Nay Min Thu 09:09, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

This user comes from Myanmar.

Some of the names you added to List of Buddhists duplicate names elsewhere in the list. None of them are alphabetised. Why?—Nat Krause(Talk!) 04:39, 25 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I added the names to the list so that they can be easily referred to in one place. I already sorted the names in alphabetical order. Thanks for highlighting the issue. =) Nay Min Thu 09:06, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

A new user has proposed the rename of our project. I intentionally used both names so that all views would be represented. But I would like your thoughts as to which name we should choose, Burma or Myanmar, or leave it like it is. Please share your thoughts, thank you. Chris 19:15, 6 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

My opinion is that we should leave it as it is, i.e., Burma/Myanmar. Although the country name has officially been changed, it is still known as Burma by most of the people outside the country. A case in point: "python from Myanmar" and "python from Burma". Most people might not know if you say the former, but they will surely be familiar with the latter. But definitely, we should get other people's view on this so that we can come to a consensus. Thanks. Nay Min Thu 05:47, 7 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
