I am not trying to make a mess of things. ( Honestly) I just keep getting my contributions deleted or edited anyways, so I figured this would be much of the same.

I will take the time to look how to reference and Cite properly and make a better attempt.

Please don't mistake it for wanton disregard for the site or process.

Thank you,

Ryan

Tips
  • Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
  • It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
  • If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
  • Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
  • When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
  • If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.
  • Have fun! Your presence in the Wikipedia community is welcome.

Proofreading and referencing[edit]

I urge you to complete the tutorial I linked above. Your contributions appear to be encyclopedically valid, but they are miscited (the citation is simply thrown into the middle of a sentence; do you see this anywhere else in the encyclopedia?) and misproofread (as only one example, ampersands are not synonyms for the word "and": they are abbreviations, and we have plenty of room to write out the three-letter word "and"! Unless there is an actual character limit, or the ampersand is part of a trademark or title, there is never any justification for using ampersands in the encyclopedia.) It is very important to take the time to carefully proofread your work and not leave this responsibility to other volunteers. Thank you for your attention to these issues. We're all here to try to make a better encyclopedia. - Julietdeltalima (talk) 17:05, 19 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
