September 2018[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm PoliceSheep99. I wanted to let you know that one or more of your recent contributions to Halloween (2007 film) have been undone because they did not appear constructive. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you have any questions, you can ask for assistance at the Help Desk. PoliceSheep99 (talk) 23:38, 1 September 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia and thank you for your contributions. I am glad to see that you are discussing a topic. However, as a general rule, talk pages such as Talk:Reviving Ophelia (film) are for discussion related to improving the article in specific ways based on reliable sources and the project policies and guidelines, not for general discussion about the topic or unrelated topics, or statements based on your thoughts or feelings. If you have specific questions about certain topics, consider visiting our reference desk and asking them there instead of on article talk pages. Thank you. February 2019[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Hakken. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tadpole Galaxy, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. If you need guidance on referencing, please see the referencing for beginners tutorial, or if you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did with this edit to Tertiary color. Your edits appear to be vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Repeated vandalism can result in the loss of editing privileges. Thank you. December 2019[edit]

Information icon Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.

When editing Wikipedia, there is a field labeled "Edit summary" below the main edit box. It looks like this:

Edit summary (Briefly describe your changes)

I noticed your recent edit to Lime (color) does not have an edit summary. Please be sure to provide a summary of every edit you make, even if you write only the briefest of summaries. The summaries are very helpful to people browsing an article's history.

Edit summary content is visible in:

Please use the edit summary to explain your reasoning for the edit, or a summary of what the edit changes. You can give yourself a reminder to add an edit summary by setting Preferences → Editing → check Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary. Thanks! If this is a shared IP address, and you did not make the edits referred to above, consider creating an account for yourself or logging in with an existing account so that you can avoid further irrelevant notices.

Late welcome and invitation to create an account[edit]

Hi, I saw you made some great edits at PSO J030947.49+271757.31 for which I wanted to say thanks (I created the initial article). You might want to create an account for greater privacy at some point. It's counter-intuitive, but your IP address is visible on every edit you make, whereas an anonymous account does not give away any personal information. There are other benefits as well, such as privileges for some types of community involvement, and more importantly, other editors can contact you on your own talk page. More details are at Wikipedia:Why create an account? Cheers! ☆ Bri (talk) 19:06, 3 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

June 2021[edit]

Hello, I'm GorillaWarfare. I noticed that you made an edit to a biography of a living person, Janine Habeck, but you didn’t support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. Wikipedia has a strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. GorillaWarfare (she/her • talk) 01:45, 18 June 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Mako001. An edit you recently made to BRI 1335-0417 seemed to be a test and has been removed. If you want more practice editing, the sandbox is the best place to do so. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Mako001 (C)  (T)  🇺🇦 11:51, 14 March 2022 (UTC)[reply]
