I am a Neurobiology major at The College of Wooster. I am also an undergraduate researcher and presented my labs work at Society for Neuroscience convention in 2019 on work relating to the Emerald jeweled wasp(emerald cockroach wasp) and using components of the wasps venom to identify the mechanisms of action on receptors in the cockroach brain. I spend much of my free time looking for the boundaries of our human knowledge of the brain learning about biological mechanisms relating to BDNF. I also spend much time with philosophy specifically the work of Jacques Derrida, Friedrich Nietzsche, and Immanuel Kant.
