Potential Topics to work on:

Epigenetics of depression

- The article's content is relevant to the topic, although it might be beneficial if the authors explained how chronic stress can lead to depression before the "Histone methyltransferase" paragraph - so putting the "HPA Axis", or at least summarizing a bit of that at the beginning of the body of the text as background knowledge for the reader to know.

- It is written neutrally, however - one or two citations are missing.

- I was confused at how decreased acetylation and decreased methylation are both correlated with depression, when I thought that acetylation and methylation were almost like antagonist effects. I think it would be beneficial to include a sentence or two on explaining this.

Epigenetics of physical exercise

- The beginning paragraph is very long and detailed and does not flow very well in my opinion. I think it could be split up into three paragraphs, and the first sentence could even stand on its own. Otherwise, it reads as a huge chunk that is difficult to get through.

- There are less citations in this article than probably needed - many paragraphs get by with around one or two citations, so I think one aspect of improving this article would definitely include finding more evidence to support the claims made. The citations already present seem to be from peer-reviewed articles though, so those are reliable.

- Regarding equity gaps, there is nothing found on this page. I wonder if the epigenetics of physical exercise has been studied in different population groups - that would be interesting and beneficial to include.
