Niquenya D. Fulbright (born July 23, 1977) is a business analyst, executive life coach, mediator, author and corporate trainer in Chicago, Illinois. She is owner and operator of Building Bridges Chicago LLC, a small business consulting and executive coaching firm. Ms. Fulbright has made several contributions to the life coaching industry, most notable of which is as founder of the Life Coach Support Network (LCSN), an online community for life coaches to network and share resources, in 2007. The LCSN currently boasts over 1000 coaches worldwide.

Ms. Fulbright was born to Valerie A. Cannon, an esthetics instructor and massage therapist, and Brian P. Fulbright Sr. at Grant Hospital (currently Lincoln Park Hospital) in Chicago. She has two siblings: Brian P. Fulbright Jr., a comedic artist, and Marcus Fulbright, a local music producer. Ms. Fulbright currently resides on Chicago's north side with her two children.

Ms. Fulbright has contributed her articles to a variety of online mediums including: eHow, EzineArticles and Evan Carmichael. Other published works include customized training manuals for corporate entities. Additionally, her opinions have been featured in publications such as: Time Out Chicago Magazine, the Chicago Tribune, the RedEye, "CIO" Magazine, "CEO Blog Nation", and N'Digo. Ms. Fulbright also delivers both on- and offline workshops covering a broad range of self-help, personal and professional development subjects. She also cameoed in The Dark Knight film (2008).

Ms. Fulbright possesses a BS in Technical Management earned from DeVry University and is currently pursuing a Masters in e-Commerce. She is certified as a Christian Life Coach, Court Mediator, Illinois Notary Public and Income Tax Specialist.
