Byungjin's policy (more rarely write byongjin, or double-push, or more rarely "progress in tandem") is a policy committed since 2013 for the economic development at the same time as the development of the nuclear weapon in North Korea[1] by the leader and Supreme Leader Kim Jong-Un[2][3]. This policy succeeds that of the Songun ("the army first") engaged by his father Kim Jong-Il4. This policy is part of the ideology of the North Korean state of Juche (based on independence with military autonomy, economic self-sufficiency and political independence).
