Has one section dedicated to HIV/AIDS (although it does mention & discuss the topic throughout other sections). The article would benefit from more historical context especially when beginning to discuss the topic in its assigned section as well as what has changed throughout the years.

Only mentions HIV once in conjunction to a discussion on LGBTQ health inequity. Furthering this discussion and providing specifics for how this population has been/is being underserved as well as what action has been taken to combat this discrimination in the medical field.

Comprehensive article & well detailed, but "Misconceptions" section could talk about preventative healthcare options which connects to programs in D.C. (amongst the places in the U.S. with highest cases) that have been established to educate, combat prejudice, and aide those with the infection.
