This index is generated from a Citizendium dump using UNIX command line: grep -i "<title>" cz.dump.current.xml | grep -ivE "<title>.*(:|/).*</title>" | cut -d '>' -f2- | cut -d '<' -f 1 | sed -e 's/"/"/g' | sort | uniq | sed -e 's/\(.*$\)/# [[\1]]/g' > cztitles
