This article provides plenty of overviews of sleep deprivation, covering its definitions, causes, and various effects on health and well-being. However, there are a lot of parts in the article that are very confusing with some of the terms, so simplifying it would be better for a broader audience. This for instance could be more understanding by saying "Not getting enough sleep is bad for your brain. It could even damage your brain cells permanently. When you're sleep-deprived, your brain slows down which makes it hard to stay alert and focused. For example, in a study, men who stayed awake for 24, 48, or 72 hours had trouble staying awake and paying attention. This happened to everyone, whether night owls or early birds. Also, add technological solutions such as tracking sleep with watches and Fitbits to better your sleeping habits.
