I am a research physicist at Hewlett-Packard Labs in Palo Alto, California, USA where I work on nanometer scale electronic devices and circuits. I have worked on molecular electronics including metal-molecule chemistry. With a team at HP Labs I have contributed to several nice demonstrations of ultra-dense nanoscale memory and logic circuits, built using nanoimprint lithography. I attended the University of Toronto engineering physics (BASc) and then Stanford applied physics (PhD), where I worked with C.M. Marcus and J.S. Harris on coulomb blockade in quantum dots.
