I like the rodent model addition. I think is clear and concise. Some other sections in the article could use some elaboration. The Controversy section is brief and needs more information. Another section that could use some more citations is the Human Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as the Neuropathology Of The GABA Receptors section. Everything in the article seems to be neutral and relevant.
