Antecedents[edit]

Antecedents are not completely clear. "They [tumor hypoxia?] are relevant in the study of radiation therapy as they [tumors?] can be made more susceptible to treatment by increasing the amount of oxygen in them. "

Glycolytic pathway[edit]

As far as I can tell there is really no reason that hypoxia's effects on glycolysis needs to make up the bulk of this article, or even be in the front section after the lead.
