Inclusion, in the article, of an extract from the Nexus Document[edit]
The article contains an extract from the Nexus Document. Please note that the Nexus Document Web page features a Creative Commons license of a type that is considered suitable for such use. Misha Wolf (talk) 21:35, 9 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Hi @Sennecaster. @Jonathanabujj, who is the copyright holder for the Nexus Document, requested permission for text from that document to be quoted in Wikipedia article Nexus Task Force. See the discussion at Wikipedia:Help desk/Archives/2023 June 6#Waiting to hear back from "permissions-en at wikimedia.org". He was told what changes needed to be made to the copyright statement on the Nexus Document Web page and he made those changes. A notice has been placed by you on this Talk page, which states that the license "is not compatible with Wikipedia's license". I'm puzzled by this. Please could you help me understand what it means. Thanks Misha Wolf (talk) 11:52, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Misha Wolf: Hi! It's part of the template and I cannot make it go away, that hasn't been updated since the ToU update to allow CC-BY-SA 4.0 text. It was meant to warn VRT agents that it (previously) was not a compatible license. I made an edit request to fix this :) Sennecaster (Chat) 16:06, 15 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]
