Merge into Flywheel energy storage[edit]

This new article (Flywheel storage power system) largely duplicates what's in Flywheel energy storage. If there's anything in this article that's not already in Flywheel energy storage it can be added there and perhaps into Grid energy storage, too, if appropriate.
