Not sure whether this would count as a strict cancellation on Michigan's part or not, but on 4 November the ND team was already on its way to Ann Arbor for a game on 5 November when they got word that Michigan refused to play because they objected to a couple of players, or due to anti-Catholic attitudes on the part of the Michigan team administrators.
