In fact, the AA Studies program is not part of the history dept at UF, but I can understand the confusion based on the way Kendi's cited CV is written. In fact, the Antiracist Research and Policy Center at American U still exists and still has a page on AU's website. Kendi did not *move* a center from one university to another, he started an entirely new one with a similar name at a different school. The cited sources bear witness to this.
