What decade are the years ending with 0 supposed to be included in?[edit]
The template at the top seems to indicate that each decade includes the '0 year of the next decade (e.g. 1620s including the year 1630), but the subcategories themselves don't and instead include the '0 year in the next one (e.g. the 1640s subcategory includes the year 1640, but not 1650).
